About the Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Community Outreach Assistant to join their team, supporting individuals within the Bradford community. This role, primarily conducted remotely with occasional local engagement, focuses on connecting individuals with essential community services and support networks. You will act as a crucial link, helping clients navigate resources and build connections to improve their quality of life and social integration. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the identification and outreach to individuals in need of community support services.
• Provide information and guidance to clients on available local resources and opportunities via phone and email.
• Help clients complete applications for services and benefits.
• Organise and facilitate remote group sessions or information webinars for community members.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with local charities, agencies, and volunteers to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a community, social care, or administrative support role is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse individuals.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for record-keeping.
