About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and engaging Community Outreach Coordinator to join their team in Wolverhampton . This role focuses on connecting with individuals and families in the community, raising awareness about available support services, and facilitating access to essential care. You will be instrumental in building strong relationships with local residents and organizations, ensuring that our Community & Social Care services reach those who need them most. This hybrid role allows for a blend of community-based work and office-based coordination in Wolverhampton .

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute outreach activities and events within the Wolverhampton community.
• Build and maintain relationships with local community groups, charities, and stakeholders.
• Promote awareness of services offered, including how to access support and benefits.

Requirements
