About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and digitally adept Community Outreach Coordinator to join their fully remote team. This role is critical for expanding the reach and impact of their Community & Social Care initiatives across diverse geographical areas. You will be responsible for developing and implementing online outreach strategies, engaging with community groups, and coordinating virtual events to connect individuals with vital support services. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute online outreach campaigns to connect with target communities and individuals.
• Utilise social media, email marketing, and virtual platforms to promote services and engage stakeholders.
• Organise and facilitate online information sessions, webinars, and community events.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, charities, and relevant organisations.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of outreach activities, adjusting strategies as needed.

Requirements
