About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Community Outreach Officer to join their expanding team, operating remotely across the UK. This role is pivotal in connecting with and supporting individuals and families within various communities, focusing on promoting access to essential services and fostering social inclusion. You will design and implement outreach strategies, build relationships with community groups and stakeholders, and provide information and guidance on available resources. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from home, with occasional travel as required, making it ideal for someone passionate about community development and social impact who thrives in an independent working environment. You will be instrumental in extending our client's reach and enhancing their service provision nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic community outreach plans to engage target demographics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders, charities, and relevant organizations.
• Organize and deliver information sessions, workshops, and events, both online and in person.
• Provide clear and accessible information to individuals regarding services and support available.
• Gather feedback from communities to inform service development and improvements.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
