This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining essential fieldwork and community engagement with remote administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with diverse community members to raise awareness of available support services.
• Identify individuals and families in need and connect them with appropriate resources.
• Organise and facilitate community events, workshops, and information sessions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with local organisations, community leaders, and stakeholders.
• Collect feedback from the community to inform service development and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, contacts, and outcomes using the organisation's system.
• Assist in the development and distribution of promotional materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community outreach , engagement, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a hybrid schedule.
• Understanding of community needs and local resources within the Bristol area.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and record-keeping systems.
