Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Outreach Worker to connect with and support vulnerable individuals and groups within the Plymouth area. Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with individuals and communities in Plymouth to identify needs and barriers.
- Provide information, advice, and signposting to relevant support services.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with community members and local organizations.
- Facilitate access to the charity's services and programs for those in need.
- Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback to inform service development.

Requirements
