Community Pediatric Complex Care Support Worker

Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Children's Complex Health Care Support Worker to join the Community Nursing Team. You will provide respite care to children with complex health needs in their own homes and education settings, under supervision of registered nurses.

You will cover a 24-hour service across Bradford and Airedale, including nights, weekends and bank holidays, with a valid UK/EU driving licence and access to a vehicle.
