Community/RR OT (Band 6) - Urgent Care & Home Assessments

Globe Locums is seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist for a community/rapid response role in Ilford. Start ASAP for an ongoing contract. Provide urgent assessments, rapid response interventions and home-based care to prevent hospital admissions and support safe discharges.

The ideal candidate will have NHS post-qualification experience in community settings, be HCPC registered, and hold a valid DBS/clearance. Car driver required to cover multiple London boroughs.
