Community Social Worker - Hybrid & Flexible Hours

Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Wallasey community team. You will carry out strengths-based Care Act assessments and person-centred care planning for adults aged 18 and over, promoting wellbeing and independence.
