Community Specialist Nurse – Home Care

Sciensus in Wimbledon is seeking a passionate Specialist Nurse to deliver high quality home-based care, supporting early discharge from hospital and preventing unnecessary admissions while ensuring safe, effective and compassionate practice.

You’ll be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team and will visit patients in their own homes, working 37.5 hours per week over five days, with occasional weekend shifts.
