About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support clients in preparing meals and managing their nutritional needs.
• Help with household tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Administer medication according to care plans and professional guidelines.
• Facilitate clients' participation in community activities, appointments, and social events.
• Observe and report on clients' physical and emotional well-being to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a care or support role is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and understanding approach.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a care setting.
