About the Role
Our client seeks a proactive Community Support Officer to join their team in Coventry , offering a hybrid working model. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with individuals and families in the community to identify social care needs and potential barriers to support.

- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partner organisations and stakeholders across Coventry .
- Organise and deliver community-based workshops and information sessions on relevant social care topics.

Requirements
- Experience in a social care, community development, or outreach role.
- Strong understanding of local support services and resources available in the Coventry area.

- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for community visits.
