Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience in a social care, community development, or similar support role.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, with empathy and patience.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools (video conferencing, email, messaging apps) and standard office software.
• Strong research and information-gathering skills.
• Understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable individuals and communities.
