Job Summary

Community Support Workers will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and ensure their well-being. The role requires a valid driving licence, access to a reliable car, and the ability to work flexibly, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to clients in their own homes
• Assist with personal care, daily routines, and community activities
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Work flexibly around client needs and personal commitments
• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care delivery

Candidate Requirements

• Valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable car (required)
• Experience in care work (preferred, but not essential)
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to client well-being
• Willingness to complete the Care Certificate and further vocational training
• £13.00–£15.50 per hour (higher rates for evenings and weekends)
• 40p per mile travel allowance (after first client to last client)
