Community Support Worker - Hybrid, Welsh Speaking

Bridgend County Borough Council is recruiting a Community Support Worker for the West Integrated Cluster Network. The role is full time (37 hours per week) with hybrid working between home and the office to support adults and children with long-term health and well-being needs.

You will work with social workers, nurses and therapists to promote independence, safe care, and person-centred outcomes. A Welsh language greeting is a requirement; DBS check and a valid driving licence are essential.
