Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate online group activities and social interactions to combat isolation and promote community building among clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar community support, care, or social work role.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools, video conferencing software, and electronic record-keeping systems.
• A strong understanding of safeguarding principles and confidentiality protocols within the care sector.
