You will provide tailored support that addresses diverse needs, fostering social inclusion and enhancing overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized care and support to individuals in their homes, respecting their privacy and promoting independence.
Assist with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, and domestic chores.
Support individuals in accessing community resources, attending appointments, and participating in social activities.
Monitor and report on the well-being of individuals, escalating concerns to the relevant supervisor or healthcare professional promptly.
Develop and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
Accurately document all care activities and observations in line with organisational policies and procedures.

Requirements

Experience in a similar caregiving or support role is advantageous.
Strong communication and listening skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Must possess a valid UK driving license and have access to a vehicle for client visits.
Willingness to undergo background checks and obtain relevant certifications.
Commitment to promoting the rights and dignity of individuals.
