Compassionate Bank Care Assistant – Flexible Shifts

Prime Life is seeking Bank Care Assistants to support residents at Fir Close in Louth, Lincolnshire. The role offers shifts across 8am–8pm or 8pm–8am on a 7‑day basis to meet resident needs.

We value patient, understanding, and respectful carers. Full training is provided, and prior care experience is welcome but not required. DBS is fully funded, with holiday pay and referral bonuses available.
