Compassionate Care & Support Worker (Evenings/Weekends)

Southern Housing is seeking a caring and positive Care & Support Worker for a 35-hour-per-week role at 22 Argyll S, Ryde. You will work across our supported housing schemes and local community, providing person-centred care in line with care plans and promoting independence and inclusion.

You must be able to work evenings and weekends, with potential sleep-in duties and on-call shifts. A DBS check is required and full training is provided.
