Compassionate Care Assistant (Bank) – Flexible Hours + £250 Bonus

Rochcare is seeking Bank Care Assistants to support residents in our care home. The role involves delivering compassionate care in line with individual plans, supporting residents’ physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, and collaborating with the care team.

Ideal candidates are patient, communicative and able to multi-task in a busy home. Part-time, full-time or bank hours available; £12.82 per hour with a £250 welcome bonus for new staff.
