Compassionate Care Assistant (Bank)

Croft House Care Home in Great Dunmow is seeking a Care Assistant on a bank basis to provide person-centred care, support independence, and honour choice. You will join a team dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, monitoring residents, supporting nutrition and hydration, and maintaining accurate care plans. Prior care home experience or Health and Social Care qualification is desirable.
