Compassionate Care Assistant – Dementia Care (35h, On-site)

Pilgrims' Friend Society is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to join Villa Adastra in Hassocks. This on-site role supports 24/7 resident care in a 40-bed home with dementia-friendly practices and a person-centred approach.

We offer permanent contracts, 35 hours per week, with flexible hours and a supportive team. Experience with dementia is essential, and staff are encouraged to grow within the home.
