Connaught Care Collection is seeking compassionate Care Assistants for Waterhaven Place Care Home in Chichester, West Sussex. You’ll help residents feel safe, respected, and cherished, supporting daily living with warmth and empathy.

You’ll work as part of a nurturing team, delivering person-centred care, building strong relationships with residents and families, and contributing to care plans. Full training is provided, and DBS checks are required.
