Compassionate Care Assistant for Senior Living

CrossReach is seeking a Care Worker to support older residents with daily living, meals, and wellbeing in a respectful, compassionate environment. You will help residents stay active, promote nutrition, and build strong relationships with families as part of a dedicated team.

Experience is welcome but not essential; you will be supported with training, PVG clearance, SSSC registration, and commitment to CrossReach's Christian ethos and values.
