We’re looking forkind, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults across Folkestone and Hythe.

You be required to workWeekends -Mornings :07:00-14:00 and/or Evenings: 16:00-22:00 with Guaranteed Hours Contracts available for extra security.

Job Description

Care as it should be — unhurried, personal, rewarding!.

At Home Instead, we give you the time to make a difference. Our visits are at least an hour long, so you can focus on what matters — helping someone feel safe, comfortable and valued.

You’ll be supporting older adults with things like :

Personal care and mobility

Making ameal or a comforting cuppa

Keeping their home tidy and safe

Sharing stories, laughter and companionship

Supporting with some health tasks — e.g.catheter care, stoma care, nail care(training provided)

No previous care experience? No problem — we’ll train, support and cheer you on from day one.

Qualifications

What you’ll need:
