S.N.G HEALTHCARE LIMITED is seeking a Community Care Worker (Driver) to support clients in Southampton and surrounding areas. The role involves delivering person-centred care at home, assisting with personal care, meals, medication and social activities, while promoting independence.

Applicants should have 6 months UK care experience, a valid UK driving licence, access to a vehicle and an enhanced DBS or Update Service. Flexible shifts and mileage allowance are included.
