The Old Vicarage Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents in a friendly, home-like setting in Clay Cross, Chesterfield. You will provide personal care and help residents maintain independence with dignity and respect.

You will work as part of a supportive team, follow care plans, and ensure safety and wellbeing of residents. Weekend shifts on alternate weekends are required, with ongoing training and development opportunities.
