Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Health Care Assistant for day shifts at Lepton Heights care home in Huddersfield. You will support adults living with complex care needs to live their best lives, with emphasis on dignity, respect and person-centred care.

Responsibilities include personal care, assisting with meals, maintaining care records and participating in activities with residents. No two days are the same, and induction and ongoing training are provided.
