Compassionate Healthcare Support Worker: Growth Pathway

Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust is offering a Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker position on our inpatient wards. This developmental role is open to people with or without care experience, where compassion, values and a commitment to excellent patient care matter most.

From day one you’ll receive full training and support from clinical educators, with a clear pathway to reach Band 3. If you have care experience already, progression may be faster.
