Compassionate Home Care Assistant & Advocate

Jersey Evening Post in the United Kingdom is seeking a compassionate care assistant to support clients in their own homes. You will advocate for clients’ wishes and help maintain independence while following personalised care plans.

The role covers assisting with personal care, mobility with aids, recognizing and reporting confusion or challenging behaviours, and helping clients with illness progression. You will also enable social activities and hobbies in a safe, respectful home setting.
