Avery Healthcare’s Westbourne Tower Care Home in Bournemouth is seeking a warm, dedicated Care Assistant - Nights to deliver compassionate personal care and support the wider care team.

You will assist residents with daily hygiene, promote independence and dignity, and respond promptly to safety risks while maintaining a respectful, patient-focused approach. No prior experience required; full induction and DBS check will be arranged.
