Compassionate Night Care Assistant

Oakland Care Group is seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant for our care home in Felpham, Bognor Regis. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents and be a key team member from 20:00 to 08:00, across three or four 12-hour shifts.

Typical pay scales apply based on NVQ level and experience, with medication-trained roles and non-medication positions detailed by pay rates. Emphasis on compassionate care, dignity, and clear documentation in a supportive home setting.
