Compassionate Resident Care Assistant (Dementia & Mobility)

BBS Recruitment is recruiting a Healthcare Assistant for our client in the West Midlands. You will assist with daily resident care, mobility support, and help with personal hygiene, under the directions of the care team.

You will promote residents’ physical and mental well-being by joining social activities, accompanying them to appointments, and reporting changes to the Manager. The role requires discretion, reliability and a compassionate approach within the home.
