Compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant — 1:1 Support Derby

Aspire People are currently recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work in schools across Derby. This role focuses on supporting children with special educational needs and helping them reach their full potential in a supportive learning environment.

Role involves 1:1 and small group support, collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to implement IEPs, and promoting positive behaviour within an inclusive setting. DBS check is requested or willingness to obtain one.
