Compassionate Support Worker for Autism & LD (Full-Time)

LWGMS is seeking compassionate, reliable full-time Support Workers to provide person-centred support to an adult with a learning disability and autism at Croft Road, Leicester.

Support is delivered on a 2:1 basis, typically 10am–7pm, with core hours 7am–10pm, and overnight 10pm–7am for sleeping nights.

You will assist with personal care, meals, staying calm during dysregulation, and promoting independence, dignity and safety.
