Compassionate Support Worker for Independent Living

Active Care Group is seeking proactive, caring Support Workers to join a brand-new package in Swindon, supporting a 27-year-old lady living with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).

You will provide consistent, hands-on support to help maintain independence, follow routines, and engage in activities; shifts include waking nights with a flexible zero-hours contract and a competitive rate up to £14.50 per hour.
