Compassionate Support Worker — Independent Living & Mobility

New Bridge Group in Oldham is seeking resilient, energetic support workers to join our busy team at Turf Lane, Chadderton and Link Centre, Oldham. You will help service users with independent living, employment access and leisure activities, across both sites as required.

Applicants should have experience supporting disabled people, personal care, and demonstrate empathy and teamwork. The role requires physical resilience to assist users with mobility issues and a proactive approach.
