Compassionate Waking Night Residential Child Care Worker

Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a Waking Night - Children's Residential Care Worker in Chipping Barnet. This part-time role (30 hours) supports young people in a safe, nurturing home, helping them develop confidence and life skills through nightly shifts.

You will build positive relationships, assist with care plans and daily routines, maintain accurate records, and promote independence and emotional wellbeing, contributing to a stable, high‑quality service across our residential homes.
