Competitive Swim Coach & Team Growth Lead

The YMCA of South Florida is seeking a part‑time Swim Coach to supervise practices, assist with programs, and represent the YMCA at team events. You will support safety, teach stroke technique, and coordinate with the Aquatics Director.

You will recruit and retain participants, plan workouts, attend meets, and ensure quality coaching in line with YMCA policies. This role requires leadership, communication, and a commitment to the YMCA mission.
