Complaints Governance & Risk Controls Lead

St. James’s Place in Cirencester is seeking a Complaints Governance - Risk and Controls Manager to strengthen risk, governance and control across the Client Liaison Division. You will oversee risk activities, support Consumer Duty and regulatory requirements, and help ensure strong client outcomes.

You’ll lead end-to-end RCSA processes, document controls, monitor regulatory developments and report on compliance, risk exposure and control effectiveness to governance forums.
