Complex Care Assistant — Nurse-Led Training (Chester)

Independent Community Care Management Limited in Chester is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support a client on site. You will provide comprehensive care, including nutrition and medication administration via a transjejunal tube, tracheostomy and ventilator care, while also offering meaningful companionship to improve daily living.

Experience in care is desirable, and we provide full nurse-led training.
