Complex Care Assistant: Sleep & Day Shifts for Spinal Injury Care

Superior Healthcare is seeking a Complex Care Assistant in Herne Bay to provide long-term in-home care for a gentleman with a spinal injury. You will work with one client per shift, with 8-hour day or 12-hour sleep night shifts, on a set rota with optional overtime.

Training is provided through a week-long program covering Care Certificate standards and advanced skills like gastrostomy and tracheostomy care, enabling you to start confidently on your first shift.
