Join Superior Healthcare as a Complex Care Assistant in Crawley , supporting children, young people, and adults with complex health conditions to live independently and safely in their own homes across Crawley and West Sussex.

- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Using positive behaviour strategies where needed
- Full-time: 3-5 shifts per week
- Part-time: minimum 2 shifts per week
- Flexible working patterns
- Additional ad-hoc shifts available across Crawley and surrounding areas
