About the Role We are looking for a compassionate, reliable and communicative

Complex Care Assistant

to support a young child who is fully dependent for all aspects of their care throughout the night. You will play a vital role in ensuring their comfort, safety and wellbeing, delivering high quality, person centred care in a home environment.

What Youll Do You will support with a range of complex care needs, including:

Manual handling Gastrostomy feeds and medication administration Monitoring skin and tissue viability Respiratory support using non invasive ventilation (BiPAP) Monitoring oxygen levels and saturations Incontinence care, including intermittent catheterisation (daytime routine)

What Youll Need To be successful in this role, you should have:

Experience caring for children with complex needs in a home care setting Knowledge of respiratory management Experience with PEG/Gastrostomy feeding Experience with catheterisation (beneficial) A warm, patient and child centred approach
