What You'll Be Doing
?? Clinical Care
Seizure management PEG feeding Ventilation support Medication administration Moving and handling Personal care ?? Daily Living Support
Supporting communication needs Assisting with daily routines, meals, and hydration Encouraging social engagement, hobbies, and activities Providing companionship and emotional support Using positive behaviour strategies where needed Flexible Shift Patterns ?
Day Shifts
8:00am - 8:00pm
Supporting daily routines, care plans, and activities.
Waking Night Shifts
8:00pm - 8:00am
Overnight monitoring, medication, and responsive care. Higher night rates available.
Flexibility to Suit You
Full-time: 3-5 shifts per week Part-time: minimum 2 shifts per week Flexible working patterns Additional ad-hoc shifts available across Crawley and surrounding areas What You'll Get in Return
