Urgent Recruitment – Day Shifts
We are currently recruiting experienced Complex Care Support Workers to support an adult client in their own home in the Chichester, West Sussex area.
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced care professionals who are confident supporting individuals with complex respiratory and physical care needs.
The package includes:
* 12-hour day shifts
* Regular and ongoing hours available
* Local work in the Chichester area
* Urgent start, subject to assessment and discharge arrangements
The client requires support with:
* Complex respiratory care
* 24/7 non-invasive ventilation (NIV)
* Applying and removing an NIV mask
* Hoist transfers, including 2:1 support
* Pressure area care and wound management
* Medication support
* Eating and all aspects of daily living
* Supporting an individual with a progressive neuromuscular condition
Essential experience:
* Previous complex care experience
* Experience with NIV/respiratory care
* Confident with hoisting and manual handling
* Experience with pressure area care
* Ability to work independently while following detailed care plans
* Excellent communication and person-centred care skills
Relevant training and competency checks will be required before starting the package.
