Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive personal care, including assistance with medication, peg feeding, tracheostomy care, and wound management, as per care plans.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and the use of specialized equipment.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes in the client's condition or concerns to the clinical team promptly.

Requirements
