We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Complex Care Support Worker & Driver to provide personalised care and support to clients with complex health needs in their own homes.
This role involves working closely with individuals to ensure they receive consistent, high-quality care that promotes dignity, comfort and independence. You will provide a mix of clinical and personal assistance, helping each client live confidently within their community.
You will be part of a small, professional team offering round-the-clock care to ensure every client feels safe, supported and valued.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-to-one personal care with empathy and respect.
- Support with feeding, PEG management and suctioning (training provided).
- Assist with mobility, positioning and daily living activities.
- Drive clients to medical appointments, community visits and social outings using an adapted vehicle.
- Maintain accurate notes and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals.
- Work collaboratively with lead carers to ensure care plans are followed and reviewed regularly.
- Uphold high standards of infection control, safety and confidentiality.
