Complex Needs TA — 1:1 Support & Student Empowerment

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant for a secondary school in Stockport. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with complex needs, helping them access learning and develop independence.

The role involves supporting personal care, regulating emotions and behaviour, and working closely with teachers and the support team to create a calm, inclusive classroom that enables all pupils to progress.
