Complex Needs Teaching Assistant: 1:1 Support & Growth

Academics is recruiting a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant for a specialist school in Thatcham, with an ASAP start. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful difference to pupils requiring additional support with learning, communication, independence and development.

You will provide dedicated 1:1 and small group support, assist pupils with complex SEN including ASD and communication difficulties, and help implement individualised learning and support strategies.
